Traffic demands create the need for UTA Frontrunner to press Metra equipment into service (just kidding). Actually we see UTA shoving the remaining Metra equipment into the south end of the old UP intermodal yard (consist is moving away from camera). Since UTA doesn't have anything passing for a yard goat, one of the mainline passenger units is doing the honors. The reason for the move isn't clear, except the equipment is now more out of the way, on stub at the end of the yard. Nevertheless the "consist" looks pretty good, don't you think, in one of our rare sunny evenings this winter (2/28/2008). Frontrunner operations won't being until May. Next
