This is the first of two Frontrunner tracks going around the former UP shops in SLC, now UTA shops. Frontrunner will utilize CTC, with the CTC machine to be housed in the shops. This photo shows Frontunner track construction well. Note: Frontunner locomotives will have cab signaling, so they have the potential of doing more than the planned 79 MPH.
